The clip opens with a view of wild wife spreadeagled on the bed, wearing a large inflatable hood. She is placed into her favourite heavy rubber straitjacket, tightly bound with several leather straps, spanked and finally placed in a very tight hogtie that stretches her head back uncomfortably.
